Photographer Pedro Alberto Orquera for paparazzis was allegedly attacked on Saturday by British filmmakers Josey McNamara and Jac Hopkins, leaving him with a broken arm.

Cara, 30, and Margot, 32, were leaving a posh restaurant at 3 in the morning when Orquera attempted to take their photo.

Josey McNamara, a producer friend of Margot Robbie, is accused of assaulting the photographer

Margot’s business partner and film producer is McNamara, and Hopkins collaborated with the Australian actress on her upcoming Barbie feature.

According to a police report acquired by The “a to z Sanvid”, Orquera informed the cops that he had fallen to the ground and broken his elbow following a “short scuffle” with the men.

Last night, McNamara and Hopkins were being kept in police custody in Buenos Aires’ La Boca neighbourhood.

Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie are missing

Although local sources are seeking to learn more, it is not yet clear if Cara and Margot are still in Argentina or where they have been staying.

According to a local source, Cara and Margot will be required to testify before the prosecutor as witnesses.

“If they have already left the country, that is the only way they won’t be required to go and provide proof.

The prosecutor decided to keep the inquiry private

“The prosecutor has decided that the inquiry must stay private, and she needs to talk with Cara and Margot immediately.

She also gave the order for a policeman to be posted outside the victim’s hospital room to deter visitors.

According to Pedro, a lawsuit is currently being prepared for filing.

Photographer’s description of an assault

The photographer described the assault as a “brutal attack” and “cowardly” in an interview from his hospital bed.

Pedro claimed, “They attempted to steal my camera to erase the photos I had shot.”

“They began assaulting me, so I started escaping from them.

“While I was evading them, they gave me a strong kick, which caused my camera to fly into the air, causing me to fall to the ground and damage my arm.

I had a lot of bleeding. I lost a lot of blood in just a few minutes.

Witnesses’ view

When the event happened, the Hollywood stars were getting into the car, and according to witnesses, Margot almost fell out as the driver sped off.

After witnesses to the fight dialled 911, Pedro was taken to the hospital.

Police report

According to a police report, McNamara and Hopkins informed officers that Pedro was “responsible for his own injuries” because the celebrities had not granted permission for photographs to be taken.

In the soon-to-be-released Barbie, McNamara and Hopkins, who was a crew member, collaborated with Australian beauty Robbie.

This comes after Robbie last month alarmed fans when she was seen unhappy after visiting Cara Delevingne’s house.

These unsettling photos were shot about a week after Cara was spotted appearing dishevelled and upset at the Los Angeles Van Nuys airport after arriving from Burning Man.

The model’s close pals are concerned about her increasingly erratic behaviour, which last month saw her smoking what appeared to be a pipe in front of a sex store.
