To commemorate this achievement, the airline launched a special campaign titled #50MillionFeelings, acknowledging the wide range of emotions experienced by their customers over the years.
The celebrations commenced by treating the 50 millionth customer to an extraordinary journey. The lucky individual received a luxurious chauffeur-driven car for pick-up and drop service, a cabin upgrade to Business Class, complimentary Gold Tier membership for the Club Vistara loyalty program, exclusive lounge access, and assistance with luggage, among other perks.
The airline also upgraded customers to their Premium Economy and Business Class cabins across major airports, enhancing their travel experience.
